"This was our second year staying at the Cabin in Alexander City, and once again, we had a wonderful stay! Kyle is an excellent host, and we love the location. It’s close to plenty of stores and services, which means less time running errands and more time enjoying the lake!The house is very clean and has everything you need to cook meals for the family. We especially love the downstairs suite, which gives our young adult daughter and a friend their own space away from the parents!Being able to rent the boat right on site is such a huge plus. This year, we were excited to see a tube and kneeboard added for even more fun on the lake. Kyle’s dock is also equipped with a fire pit, paddleboard, and kayaks.It really has everything you need for a relaxing lake getaway and to make lasting family memories. We love that we can bring along our furry family member, Torrie. She is so happy with all the new smells and absolutely loves her boat rides! We’re already looking forward to our next stay!"

"Phenomenal spot on Lake Martin. Very well equipped for the stay. Easy to get to by boat, we moored the boat to the dock for the entire stay, about 3.5-4ft of water under the boat at the dock. We were able to plug the battery tender in as well. Side porch was a great spot to sit and enjoy coffee and meals. Beds were very comfy, Shower water pressure was good. Living room was cozy for the after boat day relaxing. Kitchen is the most equipped one we have stayed at. Laundry pods, dishwasher pods all included. Driveway was big with plenty of space, center tree island did make it slightly difficult to turn our 19ft boat around. Very nice place to stay!!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The best all around rental home we have ever stayed in ! Wish it was for sale. The location is perfect. The layout and decor was so beautiful. The outside patio was perfect for grilling and hanging out. We had a blast swimming and hanging out on the beach area. Will be back sooner than later."

"The place was very clean and well kept. Very comfortable beds and the kids loved the bunk beds. A good variety of games to play and lots of room and the hot tub was also a fun time for many.The kitchen was a nice size and plenty of pots and pans, dishes and utensils.Plenty of towels and wash cloths. And the water slide was a big hit.The additional boat rental was a great feature and experience for the kids and family as well.The quick response from Brett to respond to any questions was a big a help also.Again we could not have asked for a better vacation experience!Five Star Rating all the way!Thanks again!!"

"I grew up on Lake Martin and this home in my opinion, is on one of the best parts of the lake! The home is beautiful, clean, great kitchen, well stocked. And the views… they are gorgeous! The host was very receptive and available when we had questions. Our dog had a great time as well! I would recommend this home to anyone."

"Beautiful home. Fully stocked kitchen. A comfortable couch. Enough seating inside and out for many guests staying. Boat launch was close and we enjoyed live music from Boondocks every afternoon from our deck & water. The boat traffic was not bad at all and eveyone obeyed the no wake zone. Host is very quick to respond to messages."

"Relaxing and gorgeous! This area is on the quiet side of the lake and only a short ride to the big jumping rock and swimming areas. It’s pretty deep in front of the pier but we had floats and have older children so they loved jumping off the dock. The house was so clean, the perfect size and has everything you need. For the majority of our stay, I think we were outside on the deck relaxing, fishing, grilling and enjoying the view."
