We checked in after midnight. Staff immediately greeted us with warm smiling and valet staff came to us without waiting. However, the air conditioning has loud noise, very loud noise. Informed the front desk, they tried to send service guy to help but too late at night and we were too tired. Fell asleep. We have to turn off the air conditioning during sleep.

2 staff members at front service is beyond we have 2 rooms 203 and 204. The staff way to busy for day like Thai new year festival how every they still service with care and smelling on their face. With big events like this management should have provided more staff or she definitely should get some bonus.
