5-room house 150 m2 on 2 levels. Bright, modern and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove, dining table, satellite TV, radio, CD-player and DVD. Exit to the terrace. 2 double bedrooms. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC, bath/shower/WC. Upper floor: living room with sloping ceilings with satellite TV. 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings with satellite TV. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. Gas heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2), box-room. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Bookings accepted for holiday purposes only.
