"I booked four rooms for family staying in Silver City during graduation. All rooms were dirty and very dated, but mine was the worse. The bathroom was filthy with urine stains on the floor, pubic hairs on the walls and in the shower, and yellow grime on the bathtub. There were also 2 dead roaches in the room and it had not been vacuumed. Bed was incredibly old and very hard. I asked for a new room but they would not accommodate my request and on a busy weekend, there were no other hotels available. The next day they sent someone in to clean, but they did not clean the bathroom or remove the dead roaches. I called the front desk again and another person was sent up to clean again, this time better, but not great. I have asked to speak to a manager and still no call - it has been over two weeks. I will never stay there again and plan on posting on all social media and review sites until I am granted a call back from the establishment and offered a real, monetary, solution to the inconvenience."
