"Our room was nice, and though the bed was very comfortable, was too high requiring a short step stool. The TV was a bit quirky trying to get to the regular cable channels but had many other apps so it wasn't a big deal. Breakfast was good, The manager on duty throughout our 4 day stay, Matt, was extremely helpful and friendly."

"Great location just outside of downtown Alamosa. Very clean facility and better than average breakfast food and presentation. The women running the breakfast room did a great job keeping the food resupplied and the place clean despite a pretty large customer crowd."

"Property is as advertised in the listing. 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and a single bathroom/laundry room. Everything works with noticable upgrades to the outdoor fence, the patio/grill, and the shower. Property is an old-time Alamosa cottage right off main street, but the host has clearly been thoughtful about making it comfortable for guests. The travel bath ammenities, the sunscreen and re-useable grocery bags on top of the fridge, and the make-up supplies delighted my wife and daughter and were appreciated! Important to follow the arrival directions exactly and precisely the first time you arrive (it's a bit hidden!) and best to arrive the first time in the daylight. But the directions were sent to us twice and do make it easy to arrive. We would stay here again for sure!"

"There is a reason this property gets all 5's -- it very clean, has every amenity you could ever need and is an excellent value. We were here to watch the Perseids Meteor Shower in the Great Sand Dunes National Park -- it was only 40 minutes away. You hardly hear any traffic, because it is on a dead-end street. Nice fenced yard and even dog snacks for your dog! The hosts were very quick to respond to the one issue we had (just couldn't find extra toilet paper. . .) and seemed to have thought of everything. Thank you, we will be back!"

"We came to do some bird watching and go to Great Sand Dunes National Park. There were several nesting sparrow species in the yard and the Park was great. It had great views and was clean inside. Could use a little clen up outside, but we live on a ranch and understand."
