"It was our first time staying at Forest Suites, my family and. Went to celebrate my dad’s birthday and we wanted to play in the snow. The staff were very nice and welcoming, the lobby looked clean and cozy. I had booked 2 room family suites but 1 was only available exactly at check in time which was 4pm. The other room wasn't ready until about 4:30pm. Both rooms were spacious, warm, and inviting and had all the amenities that we were looking for such as a kitchenette with kitchenware provided, dining area, our living had a sofa bed. Did I also mention it was also dog friendly? Our hotel had different events happen at night such as s’mores night, hot cocoa night and more. The pool and jacuzzi are heated so even when there was snow around some daring people still used it during the day or night. What me and my family loved the most was the location. We were only a few minutes of walking distance to heavenly village square, "

"The strip was close by, restaurants everywhere you look. The Elements restaurant next door 15% discount was delicious. Safeway and CVS nearby. The heated pools were the best feeling at 41 degrees. The rooms were spacious with a balcony facing the lake."
