The interiors are steeped in Western cowboy-inspired charm, featuring aged metals, distressed leather, and rustic wood paired with marble countertops, abstract art, and vintage accents. Every corner feels alive with history, from the Roy Rogers guitar to the Joshua Tree Graveyard art installation that lights up in the desert night. This property is more than a home—it’s a love letter to the untamed beauty of the West and the cultural icons who shaped it.

The living room at Know Where Ranch is the perfect blend of warmth and nostalgia. At its heart is a wood stove fireplace, adding a cozy ambiance for evenings spent unwinding. A plush, oversized leather sectional and large smart TV offers the perfect space for movie nights, while the record player and an extensive, personally curated record collection set the mood with timeless tunes. The well-stocked cocktail station invites you to craft drinks and toast to the moment. This space is a haven of comfort and connection, whether you’re lounging by the fire or enjoying the soulful rhythm of spinning records.

-Kitchen & Dining-
The kitchen is an entertainer’s dream, blending utility with style in a way that mirrors Pioneertown’s own balance of history and modernity. A massive stone countertop island serves as both a workspace and a gathering place, surrounded by bar seating that encourages conversation. A large fridge, a gas oven and range, two dishwashers, and two beverage fridges ensure everything you need is at your fingertips, while the fully stocked coffee and tea station invites slow, intentional mornings. The kitchen’s design nods to rustic homesteads but elevates the experience with luxurious touches like elegant finishes and thoughtful organization. Step outside to the back patio to grill on the gas BBQ and dine al fresco under bistro lights, with sweeping desert views that transform every meal into a memorable occasion.

-Bedrooms & Bathrooms-
Each bedroom at Know Where Ranch is a retreat in itself, designed to ground guests in comfort and restful sleep and outfitted with Italian luxury cotton linens. The primary bedroom suite is a sanctuary of its own, featuring a king bed, clawfoot bathtub, and a private coffee bar with a mini fridge for leisurely mornings on the suite’s secluded patio. The ensuite bathroom, with its dual sinks and spacious walk-in shower, feels like a personal spa.

On the other wing of the house, the other three bedrooms are equally inviting. Two offer queen beds, while the fourth provides a queen and full bed, perfect for families or groups. The second bathroom, with its shower and dual sinks, is conveniently located for shared use. There is also a half bath just off the living room for convenience. Outside, another separate "pool house" half bathroom is off the pool area, with two cold-water outdoor showers allows guests to quickly rinse off.

-Office-
Adjacent to the living area, a private office/movie room provide a quiet retreat, with art deco-inspired accents and framed memorabilia celebrating Pioneertown’s rich cultural history. A desk space in this room offers the perfect place to work from home. It also has another smart TV, perfect for a private movie viewing or for kids to have their own private space to watch their shows.

The outdoor spaces at Know Where Ranch are where the magic truly comes alive. The in-ground pool, which can be heated for an additional fee in the cooler months, invites you to float beneath the desert sun or under a canopy of stars. Surrounding the pool are lounge chairs for sunbathing, a gas firepit for storytelling, and hammocks where you can sway gently in the cool desert breeze, offering an unparalleled vantage point for stargazing. A half bathroom and two cold-water outdoor showers by the pool offer convenience and for a refreshing rinse in the hot summer days.

The Joshua Tree Graveyard art installation at the rear of the property showcases the weathered remains of Joshua Trees, thoughtfully arranged and illuminated to highlight their sculptural elegance. At night, soft, ambient lighting transforms the forms into glowing silhouettes, honoring their life cycle and the resilience of the desert. The installation adds an otherworldly beauty, especially when lit at night, transforming the property into an enchanting desert oasis.

The Bar(n) is an oversized open-air barn with a bar and game room, with a one-of-a-kind bar transported from an iconic Hollywood venue. This is a truly unique desert experience offering a space to relax, whip up drinks, play cornhole, darts, or practice your roping skills, or dive into the nostalgic atmosphere created by mood lights and curated memorabilia.

-Pool Heating Fee-
Should you wish to have the pool heated to 85 degrees, please notify us in advance of your arrival as there will be a supplemental charge per day for this service due to high fuel costs in this area. If you'd like the pool heated for multiple days, we ask that days be consecutive to conserve energy, thank you! Pool heating is not usually necessary May through September. Please note that we will need at least 24 hours' notice to heat the pool.

-Pool Service-
The pool is serviced Monday, approximately between 11am and 4pm. Please note that these times are estimates and may change slightly due to our technician's busy schedule. He will not approach the house but will go directly through to the backyard.

-Firewood-
Please note that we do not provide firewood. If you'd like to enjoy the wood stove fireplace in the living room, we suggest picking up a few bundles of wood before arriving to the ranch.

-Desert Wildlife & Safety Tips-
The desert landscape is teeming with wildlife and natural beauty, offering a unique connection to nature, but it’s important to be mindful of the creatures and plants that call this area home. Guests may encounter a variety of wildlife during their stay, and while direct encounters with dangerous animals like coyotes, snakes, scorpions, bobcats, mountain lions and other desert dwellers are rare, it is important to be aware of your surroundings and to keep a safe distance from these creatures when spotted. Additionally, the desert is dotted with sharp cacti and other spiky plants. For your safety, always supervise children, ESAs, and service animals while outdoors. ESAs/service animals should remain on a leash at all times and be watched closely while outdoors, as they can wander into potentially unsafe situations with wildlife or plants. By booking this property, guests acknowledge the potential for wildlife encounters and assume responsibility for their safety and the safety of their group. By respecting the local environment and staying aware, you can fully enjoy the magic of the desert.

-Security Cameras-
There are security cameras mounted next to the front door, by the parking area, and along the side yards in order to monitor the quantity of people and cars on the property, so we may ensure compliance with local ordinances. There are no security cameras in any private areas of the home or backyard, including the pool area.
