In catering to and expecting international travelers, I would expect a hotel to have electric points adaptable for US plugs. Only certain rooms have it, many others don't. The sizes of the rooms are very small, a queen deluxe room barely has space for 2 persons to keep their bags and squeeze around. ...

Pricing is like a 5* hotel yet the facilities and service nowhere like it. It’s pricing should be 10-20% of what they are asking. Wouldn’t even provide hand towels.
