"Staff was amazing. Property was very clean. Stayed for 2 nights and the second night, my daughter was saddened that the pool and hot tub were closed all day. Otherwise, a good stay and no true complaints."

"The staff was extremely kind and helpful. They made checking in and out a breeze. The hotel seemed really well maintained, and the complmentary breakfast was really well-stocked, and tasty, with fresh fruit options and well-prepared hot breakfast options. The only complaint I have is that our room floor didn't seem swept. And while I liked the laminate flooring in our room, I would have appreciated a rug next to the bed since the AC kept our room at about 68 degrees. I was able to change the AC temp, so no complaints there. But it just seems cozier in the morning with a rug by the bed."

"I was honestly impressed. The place was spotless, and there were no pests. The only downside was the noise; housekeepers cleaning other rooms created enough disturbance to wake me early. While I was having breakfast, a staff member was vacuuming nearby, which was disruptive as I was trying to enjoy my meal. Upon arrival, they appeared to be changing shifts or doing something, but no one acknowledged me with any greeting like 'I will be right with you.' I was simply ignored while standing there. Aside from that, I truly enjoyed my stay."

"Room was clean, however it smelled like smoke badly, bought a candle to get a better smell. When I told lady at the check in, she said she look into it. Staff was nice, Breakfast enjoyable. Nice and quiet place, sadly pool was not usable, they had trouble with the water. All in all though, a pleasant stay for just spending one night. I will use again if needed when in Ohio."
