Pousada bem legal, a área verde é muito bonita! As áreas em comum, também achei legal! Podiam melhorar as instalações dos quartos mais simples, o banheiro bem ruim. Mas o que mais me chamou atenção negativamente foi o serviço. Na Tratoria, uma comida deliciosa, mas uma espera sem fim. No café da manhã, percebia o desespero das meninas que não conseguiam dar conta de tanta demanda.

O café da manhã da Villa das Pedras é impecável, com ótima variedade e qualidade. A limpeza das instalações é excelente, e os funcionários demonstram profissionalismo e cordialidade. A experiência foi positiva. Ficamos por dois dias. O ambiente é bem agradável rodeado de natureza preservada. Um misto de ambiente bucólico e moderno ao mesmo tempo. O Chalé Master Térreo Família que nos atribuíram no checkin estava com mal cheiro tão forte e nauseante que era impossível ficar no quarto. Reclamamos e nos deram um upgrade generoso, mas o casarão estava imundo e continuou imundo mesmo após a "limpeza" do dia seguinte. Não lavam banheiros, apenas varrem, ficando um cheiro horrível de banheiro de rodoviária muito usado. TUDO estava MUITO sujo: sofá, escorredor de pratos, cafeteira, BANHEIROS. Resíduos que caem do teto espalhados por todo lado (e bichos que caem junto), incluindo em cima das camas. Teias de aranha em tudo. Cobre-Leitos sujos ou manchados. Dava mal estar ficar no quarto, sentar no sofá, deitar na cama. Faz-se propaganda de instalações rústicas mas, na verdade são mal-feitas, utilizam materiais de baixa qualidade, portas não vedam, registros (chuveiro, banheiras) dão nojo de pegar de tão velhos e sujos. Cortinas não fecham até o final e o varão às vezes cai ao tentar abrir e fechar. Os ambientes externos da pousada são muito bonitos, mas é impossível se sentir bem dentro das acomodações (pelo menos nas 2 que conhecemos).

Muito incrível a vila das pedras,tudo muito lindo,uma espaço incrível,muitas opções,as crianças amaram. Nos colocaram um um chalé muito lindo o único ponto negativo que eu achei que as madeiras ficavam estralando mas acredito que seja por conta de diferença de temperatura,e o banheiro e o quarto tinha hora que ficava com cheiro diferente,não sei se é encanacao ou o cheiro da madeira mesmo; mas se eu pudesse dar 1000 estrelas eu daria,muito bom,recomendo de olhos fechados, o café da manhã maravilhoso,as camas muito confortável,a limpeza do local no geral muito boa. Estão de parabéns.

Muito caro para o serviço que oferece

Pousada muito cara para o serviço que oferece. Quartos antigos, limpeza de baixa qualidade, banheiros com azulejos sujos, internet péssima, não pegava dentro do quarto; TV não era smart e ainda o sinal de tv a cabo ruim. Propõe-se a ser um local com diversas opções para que o hóspede não precise sair. No entanto, um dos restaurantes estava fechado e só a pizzaria funcionava de noite, porém, deveria ser fechada pelo péssimo atendimento. Uma pizza demorava, em média, duas horas para ficar pronta e nem gostosa era. Sem falar nos preços praticados, absurdos!! Uma long neck custa 18,50 + 10%. Nem no aeroporto ou num cabaré a bebida sai a esse preço. Todas as refeições com preços caros e a maioria de baixa qualidade. Falta gestão à pousada, que não organiza a contratação de mais pessoas pars oferecer atendimento adequado em épocas de alta temporada ou feriadão, como foi meu caso. Os funcionários fazem o máximo que podem, mas é pouco. No mais, a internet é horrível, não tem nos quartos. É preciso sair e ficar perto do bar para acessar. Se precisar trabalhar ou envuar um email, terá dificuldade. Como excelência da pousada, cito o café da manhã, realmente, muito bom e diversificado, e servido em amplo horário. Além disso, o atendimento dos funcionários que fazem o que está ao alcance deles. No geral, dou 2 estrelas e meia para a pousada.

Muito agradável, quarto confortável e aconchegante. Mobília rústica muito bonita. O banheiro do térreo deixou a desejar no escoamento de água, e o de cima não tinha o chuveiro, o que daria mais conforto ao casal que dormiu no quarto de cima, pois tinham que ficar descendo escada. A pousada é linda. Vale muito a pena.

O quarto era muito ruim, banheiro minúsculo, ducha não esquentava, aspecto sujo do piso. Muito velho o quarto, ar condicionado com muita poeira. A parte externa ao quarto até que é boa, piscinas, restaurantes, mas o aspecto é de que precisa uma boa reforma. Custo benefício foi péssimo. Não voltaria a me hospedar lá.Precisa melhorar muito.Dar uma renovada.
