Welcome to your peaceful retreat in Pisgah Forest. This home boasts great views, high-speed WiFi, and an abundance of charm. Step inside the serene living room where you can play a tune on the piano, stretch out on the sofa, gaze out at the lovely views, and stream your favorite shows.

The kitchen, equipped with all the necessary appliances and prep space, is at your disposal when mealtime arrives. Dine at the breakfast bar, the table for four, or take your meal to the deck to dine alfresco. While on the deck make use of the grill and take in the fresh air.

-The fireplace is not operational.
-Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
-Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
-All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
-Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Wonderful home and location

The house was immaculate and very cozy, but plenty big enough for four adults to each have their own bed. It was a great location, central to Brevard and Pisgah Forest. Would definitely stay there again!

Visit Glen Cannon Falls without hiking.

We loved all the large windows & the view of the backyard. We could hear the Glen Cannon waterfall from the front porch. It was a short walk to view it which was incredibly gorgeous. We visited it every day.

We loved the setting of the house. Beautiful views. Nice deck. Car port was great. Interior needs some work with electrical switches, (the hall bathroom light could not be shut) and carpet washing.

Great views, great location, and a great stay!

What a great house! We had a lovely time. The house is in a perfect location, close to our friends who live locally and also to the various parts of Brevard. The main living area and the kitchen are lovely and have fantastic views! The kitchen is well-stocked and designed, and there's a TV for rainy days. There's a Roku, but it's easily accessible if you bring your own so you have all of your favorites. We had to reach out to the local property manager. and she was super responsive and took care of us wonderfully! Did I mention the views? We had local friends over for my wife's birthday who have spectacular views themselves, and they loved it! A spacious deck with a grill and a great kitchen made it easy to entertain if you want. This isn't a bare-bones rental place. You can tell it has a family who care about it very much. The decorations are fantastic, and you'll love the painting in the kitchen and the little touches that add up. We are absolutely going to stay here again!

Nice Vacation Home

This house is spacious and has all the accommodations. We loved the floor to ceiling windows and the view they offered. This house is in the country but only five minutes from town. We would definitely stay here again. THANK YOU!

Wonderful View

The house could use some updating, but the location makes up for it. It has beautiful long range views. The neighborhood is peaceful and nice. Outside, you can hear the waterfall that is across the street. If you stay here, definitely go see the waterfall. It is gorgeous. And, you can’t beat the town of Brevard.

Clean and humble

The house was clean, accessible and in a gorgeous neighborhood but fell short of our expectations. The value was reasonable, but it felt like a lot of fixtures and utensils were missing to make this a better experience. Complimentary coffee would have gone a long way as well.

Spacious but dated and crowded home

We spent a long weekend at this home. It has 3 large bedrooms and a large living room with a sweeping view of an abandoned golf course and long range mountains. There is a large waterfall located just a five minute walk away, which was a surprise accidental find for us. The location is fine - in a neighborhood about 15 minutes from downtown Brevard. Not really close to anything. The house itself is very dated cluttered and worn. When we arrived the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. It just didn’t feel clean. The couch especially smelled and felt dirty and gross. The chaise in the living room was majorly torn and the tear was covered with a small bath mat just sitting on top. There are a lot of nick nacks everywhere - which made me nervous that my kids would touch something. Overall the house feels like it was grandmas house and grandma died and instead of dealing with cleaning it out the kids got rid of her clothes, left everything else, and put it on air bnb. It would benefit greatly by someone going through and getting rid of 95% of the decor. The bedding and pillows were also very poor quality - there wasn’t even a blanket large enough for the king bed, just a king sheet and a queen sized thin quilt. The kitchen was large but had so much decor in it there was no where to put groceries. The kitchen also had like 50 glasses but only 4 mugs and no baking sheet. The microwave might be older than me and couldn’t accommodate a full sized plate. In the end, this house was fine and felt safe. But, it also felt dirty and dingy, crowded and dated. The location was not enough to overcome these shortcomings. I’d pick a new spot before staying here again.
