The first level has living, a spacious kitchen, half bath with a gas fireplace and flat screen TV. The living room sofa opens to a queen sleeper. The skylight filled stairway leads to a master bedroom with a king bed, TV and private balcony. The second bedroom features a queen size bed and TV, also. Both are Ocean themed and welcoming A full bath completes this level.
    The third level brings you to the washer/dryer and then out to the private Rooftop Deck, ready for dining and a BBQ. Gate Secured carport parking is located under the building.

Disliked: Location
Older unit, clean. Dolliver St is also Hwy 1 - tons of traffic. Nothing in the unit such as salt and pepper, no ice cube trays, no plastic wrap, no coffee. Staff was great though.
