Spacious rental within walking distance to beach and restaurants
Great location! We walked out to the beach and pier several times each day. Home is spacious and in good condition, online photos and descriptions are accurate. The home is a little noisy as the stairways are open - on the first floor we could hear folks talking on the third due to open stairways. Rooftop balcony is great for picnics and enjoying the view. Would definitely stay again - good value.

Pismo Beach Birthday Weekend
This was a very nice place for us to stay. There was one major cleanliness issue with some garbage items in one of the bedrooms. But overall the place was very comfortable and the view from the roof deck was amazing.

Location is Awesome!
If we were rating only on location it would be 5 stars. There was black widows spiders around the outside of the condo, next to the wall way and by the front door. Theres webs also located all over by the front door. Both outdoor spaces need a deep cleaning, the top deck was webs all over, the patio furniture needs to be thrown away and start over. The deck off the living room was a mess, the patio cushions are torn and need to be replaced. The WIFI needs to be updated, when the family would us it would be hard to stream YouTube TV. The dish cable had issues and just didn’t work. The fan in the bottom bed room needs to be replaced. There’s exposed wires and wobble’s so you can’t use. I reached out about the spiders and sent pictures with no response or resolution and sent pictures of the fan. I would add a Keurig for coffee, it’s a faster process when wanting a cup of coffee.

Wonderful Beach House
Booked here for a long weekend with my daughter. It was more house than we needed for just two people but I couldn’t pass up on the location, the charm, and the clean space! We were about a one minute walk from the beach and a few minutes walk to down town. It was everything we expected and more! I’ll be back again with more people! I can see making this an annual vacation location!

Nice place, right in town
Very short walk to the beach, pier, restaurants. Clean and quiet (in December though, so most other units were empty). Nice little roof deck. No views other than from the roof deck but that's fine given the location.

Great location, property, lots of room
The property was very clean and well updated. The furnishings were for the most part in great shape and comfortable. There are a lot of stairs so of you have mobility issues, make sure you understand this location’s lay out. The location is very close to the pier, it’s stores and restaurants. The view isn’t the greatest as you overlook a parking lot and other apartments for the most part but there is a small roof deck with a great view of the ocean (and it’s sunsets). The TV system is a bit of hodgepodge with multiple remotes and unclear on how to access various services, but if you fuss with it you can eventually find something. And of course, you’re probably not coming to Pismo to watch TV.

Nice pad in great location
Pictures were true. Kitchen was great although they could use more wine glasses. The screen doors to the deck were broken but didn't really need them. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were in good shape. The place is very clean. The garage was nice but we had a truck that was too long so we could not use it but street parking was available. Only real issue we had was with the TV's. No instructions and difficult to figure out the remote that wouldn't work if we removed it from it's stand. We never did find the remote for the TV on the bedroom upstairs. Overall I would recommend. So close to everything on Pismo and the beach. We would rent again.

Fantastic vacation home!
This is a very clean and nie vacation home! We love the beautiful home decoration, cozy bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen and its proximity to beach and downtown restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back again!

This property is AMAZING!! Far exceeded our expectations. Location was great. We walked everywhere. Parking was nice and the home was very easy to find. The kitchen was FULLY stocked. There was 6 of us and we had more than enough room. The home is very well maintained. We will definitely rent this property again.

Beautiful property 5 chairs available for beach three boogie boards. Coffee maker uses regular flat bottom coffee maker. Very well stocked kitchen for pots pans utensils etc.Queen Bedroom on first floor with shower/tub. Primary bedroom and remaining queen bedroom on third floor. The second floor kitchen and living room. Very close to restaurants etc. was able to park minivan and Nissan Armada in garage.

Beautiful Condo
The condo was very clean. The location is great. The views aren't as good as some condos in the area but were perfect for fireworks. The kitchen was well stocked with cups, plates, silverware and pots/pans. Highly recommend this condo.
