Lovely Ocean Front Condo

Enjoy the ocean views while relaxing in the living room or on the balcony. Fully furnished with queen beds and a queen sofa sleeper.  Both bedrooms have a balcony with partial ocean views.  Fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs.  Dining room seats 6 as well as seating for 4 at the kitchen bar.  Washer/dryer, 2 car garage, walk to downtown, restaurants, beach and shopping.  Elevator for easy access.  You will love this spacious condo with ocean views & steps to the beach.  Must be over the age of 25 to book this property. PETS: Dogs UNDER 35lbs are allowed in this property with additional pet fee. No parties/events/No smoking/No exceptions! *Weekly & monthly rates available...please inquire*

Family Getaway

Great location!

This condo is located right on Pismo Beach. You can easily walk to all the shops and restaurants. The condo was was very clean and you had a beautiful view of the ocean. I would definitely stay here again.

Second time around

Spacious, clean, comfortable and literally steps from the beach and downtown. This was our second stay here. Made reservations for this year, last year(while here), and made them again for the same time next year. I’ve always loved coming to Pismo. Staying here just makes it better.

Pismo Beach front Condo with an Amazing view

This condo is one of our new favorites. You are literally steps away from the sand and ocean and the panoramic view from the windows and balcony is breath taking. The kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and the great room were perfect for our stay. We felt right at home and the entire check in process was super simple.

Location, Location, Location.

We enjoyed our stay. Great parking. We were able to park and just walk every where. We found weird entertainment watching the cars finding parking spots and I thought It would be loud with the parking off Addy street but it was not. All around. I’m would stay here if all over again.

This rental is very clean and spacious. It is literally steps from beach! Perfect for families and couples. Everything is walking distance. And the condo is fully equipped with everything you might need. Not to mention the amazing views each day and night. We highly recommend if you are looking for a beach getaway. Great Location!

It was a great place and location. I got the biggest kick out of watching the surf class getting ready. Getting into the wet suits was hilarious! These Georgia peaches would definitely go back!!

Great Location

This condo is situated at a great location. You could walk to the beach, the pier and restaurants. Only issue is the noise since the condo is over the public parking space for the beach. You have an ocean view but you also have lot of people, cars and trash trucks very early in the morning. Upside is if you are a people watcher and an early riser, like my husband, this is great!

Terrific place overlooking a wonderful beach

Everything there that we could need comfortable beds clean as a whistle and quiet Only issues were with a non functioning garage remote and a way too complicated lock on the front door. Property manager Michelle came to help us with the lock and was very nice.

Immaculately Clean - well Appointed

Thank you for having us at your property! A great place and much much more space than the online images convey - spacious and so very clean. Well appointed as there was nothing we found we had to “run out for” as may happen with other rentals I have visited- Although we were there on a busy Memorial Day weekend ; the location was superb at the very end of the boardwalk and was quiet and safe - We would love to come back soon.

July 4 holiday

Previous 4th of July visits were hotel stays. Decided on a condo for this years visit and it did not disappoint. The pictures simply did not do it any justice. Literally steps to the beach and minutes (walking) to anywhere downtown Pismo. We enjoyed it so much that we already booked it out for next year.

Fabulous ocean view condo

I was totally thrilled with our condo. It was close to the ocean, but not too close so that I felt threatened during the extremely high tides we viewed while staying there. It was an unusually violent ocean, but our first day there we walked the beautiful beach in lovely weather and were glad we did. The condo is very large so we had room to spread out. It's open concept so we could cook and still feel part of the group. An overall great experience and I'd happily rent the condo again.

We've stayed in this building before but this was our first time in this unit. 1 very very clean,!!!! 2 very nicely decorated 3 kitchen had everything we needed. 4 everything worked well! Windows, doors, garage, appliances, lighting! (Ok, we never tried the tvs who needs to with this view!) 5 beds are very comfortable. 6 property management was very responsive to questions.
