  • Welcome to our Pismo Beach condo. Our little coastal paradise in the heart of the Central Coast. This luxury unit offers a relaxing and comfortable getaway. Single storey downstairs unit is walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Five minutes drive away from the pier which makes quiet and more peaceful than city centre noise. 15 mins drive to San Luis Obispo 45 Mins to Solvang (Danish village nestled in the heart of central coast). 30 mins drive to Santa Maria. Minutes drive to beach, outlet shopping centre, great food, local artist, wine country, natural trails and children activities (popular Dinosaur caves park).
    Located right next to Arroyo Grande surrounded by lots of restaurants and shops Trader Joes, Walmart all can be within walking distance. There is a summer Wednesday farmer's market on the pier and plenty of beach activities are available.

    The Pismo beach condominium has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms situated in the heart of the central coast.

    The kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances, gas range and oven, full-size dishwasher and side by side Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee maker, Blender, Toaster oven, air fry, instant pot.. Kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans and Everything you require for a comfortable stay in this home stay away from home including Air Fryer and Instant Pot.

    Spacious Master bedroom with king size bed walk in closet, attached bathroom with tub/shower and linen closet. Master bedroom with ceiling fan. Guest bedroom with queen bed. Hall bath is equipped with bathtub and shower combo.

    Condo is equipped with smart TVs in Master bedroom and in Living room. High speed internet and smart TV connect to all apps that you enjoy watching on TV. Full size front load washing machine and dryer in hallway closet.

Great newer condo located in a nice part of town .

Newer upscale condo in a great area with great neighbors and restraunts in walking distance. Only a five minute drive to downtown Pismo beach and easy access to the 101 freeway . Uma was wonderful and I hope to stay again in the future.

New Condo

Stayed at this condo Jan 28 - March 3rd, 2017. It was as described in the description and photos.. We were disappointed about the noise from the upstairs condo as well as freeway noise. We did mention this to Uma when we checked out and she was going to contact the folks upstairs. It is about a 5-10 minute drive to ocean.
