"I booked this hotel based on the location and the reviews I had read, needless to say me and my wife were not disappointed. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I was to re-visit Paphos. The hotel staff were all brilliant and very welcoming. "

"This property has great potential but unfortunately for an 'all-inclusive resort' it was very limited. The building/rooms were decent and clean. The bed was comfy but the pillows were awful. Unfortunately most of the staff were not friendly and made you feel like you were putting them out to clarify or ask for anything. There was very little entertainment or activities. There is only 1 buffet style eating area - the other 'restaurants' were closed until May - so cannot comment on the food/service. The food was basic at best - cafeteria quality. The salad bar was the best choice by far with lots of options and variety and build your own. Bottled water was limited or you had to pay for it, drinks/cocktails were only offered during specific times and ended early right on the dot - if you were in line at 1 min to midnight and midnight hit, you had to pay. You are not allowed to take food out of the buffet area and absolutely no take away. Some of the serving staff were excellent but they were few and far between. Most of the servicing staff were very surly and it seemed as if you were bothering them to ask for food or cutlery or coffee cups or glasses, which ran out frequently. The chair cushions as well as the lounge cushions around the pool were not clean. Thankfully the weather was good and we were with friends and family for a wedding so we made the best of it."

"Absolutely beautiful hotel, food is really good for an all inclusive buffet, staff couldn’t be more helpful, rooms were clean and tidy every day. Pools were fantastic, kids pools, adult pools, water park and playground. Would love to go back again. We are a family of 3, two adults and a four year old daughter. Would highly recommend! "

"My husband and I stayed at the Kapetanios Odysseia Hotel for three nights. We came to Limassol with friends to run the 10K and to visit nearby sites. The room was comfortable and quiet. The buffet breakfast was especially impressive; the variety of items was more extensive and generous than we have ever seen (and we travel quite a lot). The staff was also extremely accommodating to us on the day of the run. By the time we returned to the hotel, the breakfast hours had concluded, but they went to the trouble of making us fresh-squeezed orange juice and an omelet. We were SO grateful. Thank you!"

"Excellent stay. Not a resort hotel but was perfect for a business stay or city break, with an opportunity to enjoy the small but lovely pool and amenities. Walking distance to all amenities and the old town. Directly across from the sea walk and close to the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was large with options to cater for all tastes."

"What is there not to like? - we needed a quiet winter sun r&r break and with the range of room options and locations within the resort we achieved just that. Excellent customer service; everyone we encountered just wanted us to have the very best experience. Have already booked the resort for a winter 2025 break where we intend to tour the island a little more."
