What is there not to like? - we needed a quiet winter sun r&r break and with the range of room options and locations within the resort we achieved just that. Excellent customer service; everyone we encountered just wanted us to have the very best experience.
Have already booked the resort for a winter 2025 break where we intend to tour the island a little more.
Excellent hotel, however some of the food prices are very high so guests tend to walk up the road to local taverns.

The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable despite encountering some issues with the room, which was quickly resolved.
Food hygiene at breakfast raised concerns when guests were coughing over the food, lack of respect for others on their part. Staff should ensure utensils are cleaned when witnessing these poor practices or food replaced.

Our family spent fabulous 10 days in this magnificent resort. Everything went smooth and easy. Got upgraded and a lot of attention from the friendly staff. One of the best resorts we have visited in Mediterranean in a resent 10 years. Thank you for your hospitality! Well done!

Hotel and grounds were nicely landscaped however built on hillside so lots of steps and slopes food and wine was rather expensive ate in the apollo restaurant food was good also ate at a couple of restaurants nearby.visted in november hotel was quite busy weather was glorious pool was freezing which was a pity

We had a brilliant stay at the Colombia Hotel, Pissouri. We could not have been better looked after. The staff were charming, incredibly helpful, and went out of their way to assist all of our requirements.

It was a great stay. The hospitality and service is beyond expectations. The view from the room and room itself amazing. Check in and check out smooth. Breakfast tasty and enough variety. Although the spa need improvements. The jacuzzi had an issue and it was not working so we couldn’t use it. The steam room, sauna and the area for relaxation is small and not enough when it is busy and many quests. Did not ruin the whole positive experience but worth to mention. Thank you!
