Staff didn’t help much, it was someone new and didn’t tell me where my room was I had to figure out what side it was on myself outside was dirt but inside was good

Property is "tired". Needs lots of maintenance and upkeep. Cable was miserable with only a dozen commercial channels. Tub drain broken. Water pressure below average. Property in amazing neighborhood and location, but difficulty with host in pricing communications and significantly delayed access to property along with having to self clean despite cleaning fee made the weekend stressful from start to finish.
