"Location was only a 5minute walk to the beach. There was few parking spots however were full both days we stayed therefore we had to look for street parking. Found the room was up a flight of stairs. Had my 91 year old dad traveling with us and he was having issues walking. I immediately called them and informed them of the situation and they refused to refund. Literally less than an hour from booking to check in and they couldn't refund due to disability.
