"Really clean, comfy and responsive hotel. They had a pack n play set up when we arrived, and the included breakfast is really good!. The rooftop restaurant is absolutely gorgeous too- we would absolutely stay here again"

Hilton Garden Inn Chicago Downtown/Magnificent Mile
10/10 Excellent
"Very useful having a fridge and microwave for reheating those leftover steak and deep dish dinners! Also good size safe for storing a laptop. Only issue was with the breakfast - should check what the breakfast coupons are good for. There was a standard option with oatmeal, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and bread options. Then getting OJ or a waffle seemed to be an extra charge."
"Check in and out was seamless! Got excellent help with bags and access to amenities! Great location it was about a 9 min walk to Riverwalk, Hop on Bus; felt safe and area was clean"
"This hotel was in an awesome location—walkable to shopping and eating. The room had a nice layout, plenty of space, and a well equipped kitchenette. Beds were comfortable and having double sinks was a nice bonus. Would def stay here again."
"The hotel lobby, was amazing, the elevators are unique… but the rooms need to renovate, the drywall paper is coming apart in the whole room including the bathrooms, and housekeeping was the worse, never clean our room in 3 nights 4 days of stay. Very disappoint in that particular area. The rest was excellent, very nice hotel staff from the greeter thru the lobby employees !"
