Pitesti City Hall

A fun little find. The old town cannot be driven through but the hotel is a 2 minute walk from the closest drop off point. Lots of bars and restaurants within really easy walking distance of the hotel. The rooms are quirky, we were in the Nautical themed room. Room was really big with a seating area, bed, good sized wardrobe. There is a window between the bedroom and the bathroom, so is an interesting stay when you can wave at your other half using the facilities. The only negative we had with the room was the shower head had to be held during the shower which made it a little more awkward. The bath is huge though, so if you have the time it is fine. Continental breakfast served in the adjoined restaurant. Staff were all really friendly and helpful and gave some great recommendations for authentic Romanian restaurants that were not the same old social media hyped places.

Very good place to stay spacious, clean and very quiet.

The apartment itself was outstanding! Clean, comfortable and had all the amenities I needed though I didn’t do any cooking. The neighborhood, unfortunately, is not as clean and I did see some shady people. I was out early in the morning but never late at night and was not bothered by the people around. There was a lot of trash in the street and lots of stray cats but overall, it was a central location, within walking distance of everything I needed. I did not see any staff but I was in contact through text so anytime I had a question, I just sent it and received an answer quickly. I would stay here again without hesitation!
