"The price and the location were only the beginning of why we gave the location five stars. The staff here saved the day when the card reader was shorted by an electrical surge. This meant staff needed to escort people to their rooms every time they came and went. What was obviously a frustrating experience for all involved was handled with professionalism, calm and kindness. They rocked.
Also, in addition to the care we received, the staff comped our valet, which would have otherwise cost us over $100 for the four days we were there. Thank Tryp Team. We loved our experience."
