The Southside Flats are located .5 miles away and downtown just 2 miles away. Enjoy a hassle-free experience with no stairs within the property (There are steps to enter the house) Chore free checkout! *This is a lower unit in a duplex. The drive does involve steep hills!

There is no shared space with upstairs tenant.

There is a long term tenant upstairs. So please be mindful of your noise during quiet hours. We ask them to be respectful, and we hope you will be as well.
