Room was very clean and spacious. Shower was amazing, it had great water pressure and was able to get hot quick. The hotel is close to the Steel Plaza and walking distance to market square, CVS and other stores.

Stayed for 2 nights and overall had a great experience. The room was very spacious and updated, the staff was very kind, and the amenities were nice to have, althoigh we definitely underutilized them. Only complaint was that both days, the new towels left for us by housekeeping as part of daily cleaning were dirty (pretty obviously, not just a stray hair or something), but the front desk staff gave us new ones and solved the problem

Perfectly located and wonderfully restored hotel. The hotel is huge and you can get lost in the hallways. The building is still being renovated but it does not appear to hinder the hotel experience. One thing to point out is that a premium room that they list on Expedia is not the same as the premium room they show on their website. So you might get a slightly lessor room than expected. When I spoke with the clerk, she informed me that what I book with Expedia is on me. It felt bait and switch and she was prepared for it. After further conversation, she eventually agreed to give me the room that I booked. Seemed like it would have been easier to just do that rather than be a bit confrontational.

I really liked how quiet my room was (couldn’t hear anything from adjacent rooms), and it was very spacious. But I was disappointed with the cleanliness - there was hair on the bathroom floor when I checked in, and the shower head had reddish buildup on it. Was also frustrated that there was a gap in the curtains which required using hair clips to block out the street lights at night. Overall was a decent hotel but for the price I paid, I’d expected a cleaner, more well maintained room.

Fabulous hotel. Great bed. Great pillows. Great towels and amenities. Quiet and peaceful. The room could have used a comfy chair and a microwave, even though there was one in the common area. Loved everything about it.

Room and hotel were great, but the surrounding areas were not. Heard screaming/yelling from outside most nights! But the hotel staff are helpful and kind, rooms were clean and hotel itself felt very safe.
