"This is not our first stay at the Drury Plaza, Downtown. So, we are fans. The cool thing of the history of the building, with the old vault doors making their massive presence known downstairs coupled with a uniformly super helpful, in a sincere way (!), staff, makes it our place to stay when we come to Pittsburgh. Our room was very nice, great views out the window and quiet."

"Loved how helpful staff was during our stay. I was happy to have airport shuttle take me to airport. Also, a huge thanks to staff who found our mother’s phone that was left somewhere in our room. She passed away over Labor Day weekend and we were checking her phone for a few things. Not sure how it got left behind, but so glad you had it.😊"

Russ and Daniel in the restaurant/bar were incredibly friendly and provided outstanding service. The room was just perfect for us. We’ll be back!"

"Location is great, lobby area is very clean and the staff are amazing the only thing is that the room was not properly cleaned, and housekeeping only comes every 3 days. Other to that everything is great"
