In most hotel stays, our family of four needs at least one set of towels for our room and this one did, too. However, they were on it and as soon as we were able to get into our room, they delivered. Our whole stay was excellent. It's close to the airport but you are not kept awake with the arrival and departure of planes all hours of the day. The room and hotel were amazingly clean. This is a great place to stay when visiting Pittsburgh!

Stayed for an early flight out the next morning. Everything was good. Gave 4 stars instead due to the coffee pot in the room hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Dust and grime all over it. Thank goodness they had coffee in the lobby. Ordered food but had to go pick it up, no room service. Other than that it served our purpose.
