Was in terrible back pain, end of a long drive from Florida, end of three month trip so outta money .. since we have come back here multiple times on our Florida trips, and the parking lot and hotel were mostly empty I asked if there was any chance she would upgrade us to the suite with the large tub for our sore backs. Didn't have a lot of money left or I would have booked it but thought a nice reward since we've come back there several times. NOPE. Hmmmm they did it at a Holiday inn Express for us twice in the past just to give some good customer service. I clearly know which chain I'll book with next time!!! Gee when a customer comes in after a very long drive and in pain, a small simple lil gesture like that goes a long way. Or creates a very long memory of where not to stay again! Way to go Michele. Lost a customer over something that would cost you nothing! A customer that goes right by your hotel twice a year on our Florida trip. And employees wonder why they get laid off when a business goes under!

Cleanliness but needed work. Toilet hardware stubborn& loud, refrigerator new but ran cycles of large grinding all night, main temp control didn’t Hold temp. Staff very helpful and pleasant.

We have stayed at a Red Roof property en route to Florida, this was a stop on our return trip. We arrive late after 15 hours on the road and leave early…no concern about the quality of breakfast, all we care about is a clean place for our dog and us, hot water, and a reasonable price. Those three things almost never go together, but they do here! Helpful staff, clean room, comfortable beds, hot shower with amazing water pressure. Refreshed and ready to finish our drive the next day! Now a fan of Red Roof for all future trips. Highly recommend.

This property also had a kitchenette which would have been great for longer stays. Its walking distance to a surgical clinic and would be a great spot for family to.stay if needed.

The breakfast selection was the worst of any motel in which I have stayed in a very long time. The best thing I can say about the facility was that the receptionist who checked me in was very pleasant, efficient and professional. Complete opposite of the guy at the front desk on the way out.

The room wasnt fully cleaned, found used cups, cigarettes, etc. in the room. I did jacuzzi tub room, water for tub and shower was both touchy had a hard time getting it fully hot or not too hot.

Loved our king bed suite with jet bath. Room was very Clean, safe, quiet, cozy, modern decor, and very welcoming staff. It was so great we decided to stay another day for a staycation!!! The only thing we wished could’ve been better was bigger & soften towels. But the staff had no problem bringing us more towels when we needed them. Thank you we will be back again.

Great for the money
Nice clean. Bed was comfy. Couch bed was a little dirty and matress thin and stained bitnit wirked for grandaughter. Nice big fridge. Breakfast adequate

Great stay!
It was a nice clean room. Breakfast is always a nice option to have when you stay in this hotel. It simple, but good.

Stopped at desk to say TV was not working. Was told to manually start TV which worked. Remote did not work until we took off back and rolled the batteries around. Went to use the phone to say we just neeeded new batteries for the remote and the phone did not work. Then the clock was unplugged and when we plugged in we found out that didn't work either. Service desk person come to the room and we explained all the problems and she said she would look for replacements. We ended up going to bed without any action over an hour later. In the morning we again stopped at the desk at 6:10 am to say the egg dish omelets were cold, not hot. Desk person said we came down too early for breakfast and were told to use the microwave to heat up the eggs. Requested to see a manager and overheard phone conversation that this person would not arrive for at least an hour. We needed to get back out on the road but I was not at all pleased with this place at all.
