The room was very clean as well as the reception and dining areas. There were no additional items in the room room besides the very basic soap, shampoo and conditioner, but I was given moisturizer when I requested. Less waste, which I appreciate. The staff at breakfast was exceptional and the meal was very good also. The reception staff at the hotel was average -- nothing wrong with it, but nothing worthy of mentioning. Coldly professional.
