1. Parties / Large Gatherings: While we want you to have a great time, please note that guests will be fined for any damages or noise complaints that result from large gatherings. Please respect neighborhood quiet hours from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am daily.

2. Unauthorized guests: For your safety and to keep the peace for everyone in the neighborhood, please kindly refrain from bringing unregistered guests into the house. Each unregistered guest will incur an additional $50 fee per person.

3. Parking: There is usually ample free street parking in front of the property. Please be respectful of neighbors' space.

4. Please note that guests may be charged for damages to the property or the property's furnishings at the host's sole discretion.

5. Pet Policy: All pets are welcome! However, kindly note that guests will be charged for any damages caused by their pets. This includes any damage to the furniture, walls, or failure to pick up after pet accidents.
