No party, gathering, trespass, smoking, pets. Under reported guests will be charged $50 per person/night. All shoes must be left on the first floor.
There is $500 penalty for either smoking or party/gathering/event/trespass occurrence in the property. There is $200 penalty for other violation.
Guests agree to have the reservation cancelled immediately if house rules are violated (including under reported guests and quiet hours 10pm-8am).
