Staff were great. Location is totally great for the price. Room had just a slight bit of wear & tear, but I feel it's understandable given the location and the amount of visitors they receive. Big rooms though. Overall I recommend this hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. My favorite part was definitely the location. It was very convenient and within walking distance of the bridges, restaurants, and many of the main attractions in downtown Pittsburgh. I was able to explore so much without having to drive or take an Uber everywhere. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Pittsburgh.
