It was gutted to the studs and rebuild with all the modern amenities. Air conditioning, high ceilings and a semi open floor plan. The main business district on Shiloh street is about a 10/15 minute walk or a short car ride up the hill.



The Space:

There is free street parking in the rear as well as the front of the property.



Guest Access:

Guests have full use of the entire apartment, as well as the upper rear deck which is private. There is a shared laundry room in the basement. This space is shared between the upstairs unit and the downstairs tenant. There is a light switch as you walk into the basement, to your right on the ceiling.



The Area:

The Area: For groceries, bottle shop for beer, bakery, a few Restaurants, and the off-licence are all located on or near Shiloh. It is our high street on Mt. Washington and its located about 5 minutes from the house. The Grocery Store - Shop and Save - is at the crossroads of Virginia and Shiloh. Shiloh is a great place to park and walk down Grandview as well to see the city at night.



Getting Around:

There is a bus stop 1 block away on Southern Ave. The emerald view trail system is also fantastic for hiking and walking.
