"Fantastic hotel. Great mountain views, boot room opens about 50m from the gondola. Staff very friendly and helpful. I don't have her name, but the receptionist was extremely helpful in helping me sort out an alternative route to the airport when the bus wascancelles."

We had ski hire lessons and lift passes arranged by the team on reception. With a ski hire shop on the lower ground floor and taxi shuttle to the gondola this made everything so easy and quick! "We had the best stay at Els Llacs- the apartment was lovely, had a beautiful view of the river and it was a great addition to have the spa downstairs There is a supermarket immediately opposite which is great and Soldeu is only 5 minutes away with good coffee and food options "

"Beautiful property with an amazing location across from the gondola. Easy walking to restaurants and bars. The staff was excellent and attentive. The only issue is the lack of spa on property. Guests must use and pay for the wellness spa at the adjoining hotel. "

Rooms could have small kettle and mire comfortable pillows. Spa price between €40 and €50 make sure you have your own pool footware as you must have it or pay for it. "
