"Maison neuve située dans une rue calme, non encore asphaltée (lotissement neuf en cours de développement), à proximité immédiate de la très belle plage de Tréompan et de tous commerces (port de Portsall : poissonnerie, boulangerie, crêperie. Leclerc et Biocoop à Ploudalmezeau.). L’intérieur est conforme aux photos. Le fond de cuisine pourrait être plus fourni pour cuisiner (une seule casserole, sans couvercle, pas de couverts à salade, de coquetiers, de théière, de moule à tarte, verre doseur…). Un coup d’éponge sur la table de la salle à manger, le dessus de la commode de chambre et la plaque de cuisson aurait été nécessaire. Communication limitée au strict minimum. Le livret d’accueil mériterait d’être mis à jour."
