"We had a lovely holiday. courade is a fantastic place and the house is in a great location. Not a five star review as had to chase for arrival information, to be told we had to bring our own sheets ( not sure if this is usual in France) we were sent a link to hire them that didn’t show that they delivered to ile de re and this was the day before departure so brought our own, the bed sizes on VRBO are wrong the beds are bigger ( not an issue) and pillows square. The house when we arrived wasn’t massively clean, the pillow protectors where dirty, hair on the beds, in kitchen, filthy tea towels left ( these were changed when asked. ).In the information we were sent it seems some people have the option to clean the place themselves which we think might be the problem. The main problem we encountered was that the pool was green on arrival. When we tried to get someone to sort it on Friday night we were told the previous guests hadn’t had a problem and someone would come on Monday. This would haven’t meant we wouldn’t have been able to use pool for half our stay. VRBO Stepped in ( and were great) and they did sort it on Friday so it ended well. So great house but proceed with caution!"

"Wir hatten 2 wundervolle Wochen mit unseren Hunden in diesem schönen Haus. Und haben bereits wieder reserviert. Es fehlt an nichts. Der Pool war bei den Temperaturen ein absoluter Vorteil. Zum Markt sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß, ebenso zu Restaurants. Man kann von Ars en Ré die ganze Insel prima mit dem Rad erkunden. Es war einfach traumhaft! Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos.. 5 "

"Das Haus von Julie & Régis ist fantastisch. Wir kommen seit 10 Jahren auf die Île de Ré, und dieses Haus ist das sch önste, in dem wir je waren. Es liegt auf einem sehr großen Grundstück nur 350m vom Strand entfernt, und alles wirkt sehr neuwertig. Links und rechts des großzügigen Wohn- und Essbereichs mit Küche liegen 2 Trakte mit den Zimmern. Die Küche ist perkekt ausgestattet. Dies gesamte Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und wirkt wie aus einem Guss. Ganz klar: 10/10."

"Staff were great and very helpful. Hotel was clean, food and breakfast was great. Room was also clean and quiet. Parking was good and felt safe for our motorcycles, but no covered parking. All in all, an enjoyable stay."
