"Very poor service overall. The soap dispensers in the bathroom and the shower were empty. We asked every day by WhatsApp and verbally. They never filled them. When asked at checkout again the lady said we lent you cutlery. Don't know what the connection is between lending cutlery and not providing soap. They also charged for parking and when I said there is no indication of parking charges in the Expedia booking she just gave me a volley of loud French. Very poor customer service."

Le propriétaire est très accueillant, il nous a informé sur ce que l’on pouvez faire dans les environs. "All of the meals, the facilities, and the rooms here at the Hotel Arena are amazing! And its a 3 minute walk from the train station, direct from the Nice airport! (Yet there is no noise, because all trains are electric.) I have stayed here several times and I very highly recommend it. The grounds are lovely and blend historic culture, and reasonable prices with full amenities. I have moved to Frejus and now recommend this hotel for all of my guests."
