"Hello, we arrived at the hotel and there was nobody. After finding the phone number I called but the person did not speak English. Somebody sent a text message confirming that the boss forgot to prepare the check-in and the key in a box. Then later, somebody asked to wait another hour. We canceled the reservation. I hope Expedia has other better hotels. There are many good hotels in Maribor. Don't book the S hotel!"

"We spent one night to visit Maribor. The location is perfect for access to the center. Easily walkable to restaurants and there are many cafe/bars in close proximity. Convenient parking is available. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was modest but good with some variety. Very nice, small, boutique style hotel. We would stay here again."

Auch bei Expedia gibt es nur einen KI gesteuerten Anrufbeantworter der nicht helfen kann. "Positives Wir waren die einzigen Gäste ( 2 ) Wir haben trotzdem jeden Früh ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet bekommen . Zimmer und Bad waren sehr geräumig Das Personal war sehr nett Sehr ruhig, da es auf dem Berg ist( zum essen muss man mindestens 20 min fahren, ausser man isst im Hotel) Negatives Die Benutzung der Bademäntel kostet pro Mantel 6€ , hatten wir noch nie . Fand ich eine Frechheit( statt kosten für den Bademantel , lieber die Putzfrau mit Türhängeschild zum saubermachen...
