"The door to our room was falling off the hinges and we had to lift it to close it. The tub barely drained during showers and the pull out mattress in the couch was in awhile shape. At breakfast, there were exactly 2 small egg & cheese omelettes and we are a family of 5. There was no front desk person, so I had to call them to ask for more eggs and they never showed up even though they said they were on the way. The pool was fun for the family, but the sauna appeared to have been wiped down with brown paper towel from the bathroom, so there gross brown paper chunks all over the floor and wall in it which made it feel unsanitary. We did appreciate the size of the rooms (family suite with a separate bedroom for the kids). We did not take advantage of the jacuzzi tub. The in room coffee could use a serious upgrade, too."

"We had a really great stay! The hotel is old and there aren't many amenities, but it's clean and the staff was great and friendly! We spent some time in the hot tub and thought it was great! Even the pool was heated! There is no coffee maker in the room, but they offer it by the front desk and it was surprisingly very good! We were impressed for a very plain looking hotel! And... location is perfect for close to things!!"
