The Estate - Up to 12 people

Recharge your batteries in this charming 260m² estate, consisting of a villa and a small stone outbuilding, which can accommodate 10 to 12 people, in the heart of nature. The calm of the place and the various services of the Domaine de Saint Florent will allow you a real moment of disconnection: enjoy at will a private spa, a sauna or an outdoor swimming pool.

Equipped with underfloor heating, the villa consists of 4 suites with 4 private bathrooms (with WC), which can accommodate 10 people in total, with sheets and towels included (the beds are ready on your arrival).

A small stone outbuilding in the garden that can accommodate 2 people completes the cottage with a 5th bedroom, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen (for bookings of 11 or 12 people).
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room and a living room, to feel at home.

In order to relax, the villa is composed of a private spa with a view of the garden, a sauna and an outdoor swimming pool. You can of course enjoy it at will.

You will be ideally placed to discover the charms of our region less than 45 minutes away by car: Niort and its historic district 20 minutes away, the Poitevin marsh and its green nature, the beaches of La Rochelle and the Ile de Ré or even the Zoodyssée.
