Highgate Independent hotels in Plainview, New York

"The room was nice and clean, everything I would expect for a relaxing stay. My only complaint is that their airport hotel shuttle doesn’t run past 10:00pm which was a huge inconvenience since my international flight came in slightly after 10:00p. The taxi charge to the hotel was a ridiculous $46! Next time I’ll prefer to stay at one of the more expensive hotels with a 24hr shuttle. "

"We loved this hotel and would definitely be returning. ANDREW went above and beyonddd to make our stay extremely comfortable. The room was cold, he came to check what may be wrong for us, offered to change our room we decided to stay and asked for an extra blanket. We did switch the following day with no issues. Andrew responded promptly to our request and questions and was veryyyy polite and professional the entrie time..excellent service! Thanks Andrew!!! The rooms were clean and smelt amazing 😍....will be returning..did I already say that? Lol."

"Stayed in the suite loved the heart shaped tub and the bed was comfy all in all for a hotel in the Bronx really clean and provides lots of room amenities. Never left my room so I don't know about downstairs but I saw a mart. The manager on site Raj was nice on checking in and clearing up my questions and the payment process."
