"This was our second family stay at this house. (12 of us; 6 adults, 6 littles) Wish I could include pics. We love it. The back porch is the sweet spot! It is a wonderful place for the whole family to hang out comfortably and enjoy the views day and night, which are spectacular! We love that there is room in the big yard for our kids to play and it’s right across the street from the tennis and basketball courts which was a great fenced in place for them to ride their little toys. The house is so pretty and modern inside with up to date amenities. The bathrooms are nice (great water pressure) The yard and home are well maintained. The furniture and beds were all comfortable. It’s nice that the upstairs has its own central air conditioning too. Staying here is a treat! It’s just simply beautiful! The sunrises are breathtaking. We loved that it was about 10 cooler up there on the mountain than at our house in Central AR. It was 85 and humid at home but 75 and less humid on the mountain. Such a big difference and welcomed break to be able to sit outside comfortably. We enjoyed doing the puzzles we brought out on the porch. Can’t say enough good about this place. If you need a place to slow down while enjoying the best of nature, this is a great place to do that. We WILL be back. "

"Everything was wonderful!!! The place was clean and the view of the mountains was so beautiful! We will definitely be back now we have a contact for a guide to take us fishing on lake Nimrod which is just down the road and there is also a swiming hole right down the rode that is 10/10!!!! We will be back thank you for having us!!!!!"

"This was a perfect solo vacation spot for my dog and I. It’s a very quick trip to Mt. Nebo for hiking and Dardanelle and Russellville for other activities. The house was perfect and felt like home right away. I loved the book selection! My only regret is that I couldn’t stay longer."

"Located on Mt. Nebo, Sunrise Haven offers picturesque views of the Arkansas River Valley. From its spacious decks to the backyard area, the views are nothing short of spectacular, whether it's sunrise, mid-day, or night. This home caters to a variety of interests including wildlife observation, biking, hiking, and relaxation. With everything needed for a rejuvenating stay, Sunrise Haven is an excellent choice. Communication with the owners , check-In and check-out was a breeze. We were married at the state park pavilion next door and the location to the venue couldn’t have been better. We highly recommend Sunrise Haven for your upcoming vacation in Arkansas and anticipate returning in the future."
