Located in a small hamlet, close to the village of Plan de la Tour, come and discover this lovely fully air-conditioned house of 150m², on a fenced plot of 1500m²,

This house, fitted out with great taste, can accommodate up to 6 people.



It is composed of:

A separate kitchen very well equipped (oven, microwave, freezer, Nespresso, toaster, induction hob, Weber gas barbecue...) where you can access the terrace with a view of the pool and the vines,

A vast living room/dining room with a fireplace, access to the terrace with garden furniture and a table for lunch.



Three bedrooms:

1 bedroom (master suite with a 160 cm bed and its bathroom, 1 washbasin and a toilet.

1 independent toilet in the entrance.

1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed, an independent dressing room and its shower room overlooking another terrace with its garden furniture.

1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed with a separate shower room.



You will be able to enjoy the swimming pool of 10mx4.5m, facing south, with sun loungers where you can admire the vineyards of Plan de la Tour.



You will be able to enjoy the peace and nature of this small hamlet located near the village of Plan de La Tour



Le Plan de la Tour has managed to preserve all the charm of a Provençal village with its local shops, where you will find bars-restaurants, bakeries, a butcher's shop, a newsagent, a florist, two grocery stores, a tobacco shop, and clothing stores.

On Thursday, come and stroll through the market located in the Town Hall square and then enjoy, on one of the terraces, a well-chilled rosé wine, sheltered under the magnificent plane trees and why not finish with a meal on site.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans cette villa. La villa est décorée avec beaucoup de goût et très fonctionnelle (climatisation parfaitement efficace, cuisine très bien équipée, barbecue sur la terrasse, etc.) et elle dispose d’une très belle piscine. Nous nous y sommes sentis très bien. L’organisation et l’accompagnement par MC Immobilier ont été impeccables.We had a wonderful time in this holiday home. The house is tastefully decorated and very functional (with a perfectly working air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen, a barbecue on the terrace, etc.) and it has a very beautiful pool. We felt very comfortable. The organization and support provided by MC Immobilier were impeccable.
