Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced), beautiful garden with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (11 x 5 m, depth 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase and alarm system. Pool house with shower and WC, boules, terrace (40 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, parking (for 2 cars). Shop 1 km, shopping centre 6 km, bakery 1 km, bus stop 1 km, sandy beach "Sainte Maxime" 10 km. Walking paths from the house 300 m. Nearby attractions: Ste.Maxime 10 km, Sainte Tropez 18 km, Domaine Viticole Les Marquets 30 m. The owner does not accept any groups. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.

lekker veel ruimte

grote volledig gelijkvloerse woning in U-vorm, verzorgd en net, verschillende designmeubels, grote tuin met mediterrane planten, prachtig buitenzwembad (weliswaar onverwarmd doch vormde geen probleem gezien de hittegolf) op de binnenplaats. Voldoende pricacy. Autostaanplaats buiten voor de woning, afsluitbaar met automatische schuifpoort (parking is te delen met vriendelijke bewoonster van het sousterrain). Enig minpunt: geen airco, waardoor kamers te warm 's avonds...
