2-room house 41 m2 on 2 levels. Simple and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room 22 m2 with 1 sofabed, open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV (flat screen), radio. Exit to the terrace. Kitchenette (2 hot plates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: gallery 8 m2, with sloping ceilings with 1 bed. 1 double bedroom 8 m2, with sloping ceilings. Reserved parking (fenced). Please note: suitable for families. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. TV only CS, AT. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).
