"When we arrived they could not find my reservation. We asked for non-smoking room, the room smelled like smoke. The floor was sticky. The toilet was wobbly. We had to walk all the way around the main building just to get ice. (Said that the back entrance was out of order.) No one came to change the trash the whole time we were there."

"Holiday Inn Express is usually my go to place to stay for traveling. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast this time because I had an early flight."
