Titika is located on the first floor of the main building, it was the old bedroom of our grandmother and this is why it is named after her. It is a 50 square meters apartment consisted of tree basic rooms.

In the first room, there are the kitchen and the living room with the sofa bed and the dining table for six persons, while in the second, there is the first bedroom with 2 iron made single beds, and one bathroom. In the third room there is the second bedroom with the big double, iron made bed. In the apartment there is an extra bathroom.
On the 63 square meters veranda there are sun beds, and a dining table for six persons, to enjoy your meals with the view of the pool.

By arriving at Metohi Georgila each visitor sees an authentic, old, stone built house, constructed in the beginning of the 20th century. Redesigned and reconstructed with respect to the architectural tradition of its era but with all the amenities a modern guest deserves. The central house was divided in four fully equipped residences. Titika (4-5 guests) and Ariadni (2-3 guests) in the first floor, Erato (2-3 guests) and Iasona (4-5 guests) in the main floor The stable building was redesigned to a 2 storey, stone built maisonette, Artemis (5-7 guests) and the columbarium building, to a warm nest, Love (Agapi) (2-3 guests). The structure of each residence was dictated by the main building and all interventions preserved its special character. All buildings are stone built. The main building (neo classical design) has tall ceilings, while the other two buildings are design to give an agricultural feeling. All five residences are equipped with furniture and accessories from our old personal family collection. They are also equipped with modern amenities such as Wi- Fi connection, telephone, fully equipped kitchen, Plasma Tvs. The private and shared exterior areas complete the relaxing scenery near the nature. Each residence has its own yard or veranda. The gardens, with traditional and representative Cretan flora, offer color and smells throughout the year. There are 11 big and comfortable wooden deck chairs around the pool, and 8 of them at the elevated patio – old wine press. Daily cleaning service, bed linen and towels, change every 2 days. Bathroom expendable supplies are replenished every 2 days. We also offer our guests biologically produced fruits from our estate. Services such as children keeping, car or bike rental and coiffure services are provided upon request. Wanting to bring our guests closer to the Cretan traditional hospitality, we offer fresh fruit, vegetables and herbs from our estate, as well as fresh homemade jam, produced by mama Ourania by our own fruits. At the laundry area there is a washing machine for your clothes from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm in a small fee. For our little friends, there is a playground and a small house built with non toxic materials and colors. There is also a bench for parents who want to relax guarding their children.
Quiet neighborhood with small stone buildings mostly for touristic purpose. Nice path nearby, ideal to walk or enjoy your morning running.
The closest coach stop is at 800m, connecting Pyrgos Psilonerou with Kolymbari, Tavronitis, Maleme, Gerani, Platanias, Agia Marina and Chania. We advise to rent a scooter or car to explore West Crete, is easier this way.
Driving directions: 'Leaving Chania Airport, drive along 500 metres, then left at first junction following signs to Chania, Kissamos/Kasteli, until you reach the National Highway (E75). Drive towards Chania, Kissamos. You'll drive for approximately 17km and you'll take the exit Platanias . Follow the signs to Platanias until you reach the old national road. Now you are just 1.8km away you'll see a black sign of Metohi Georgila. Turn left as you see at the photo.
Keep driving and you'll pass Gerani. Just after Gerani and before Maleme is Purgos Psilonerou. When you arrive at Purgos Psilonerou drive carefully watching at your right hand side for a sign says Kodomari, Koilada, Xirokabi. You turn left towards Kodomari, you'll see a small sign says Metohi Georgila at your rightwith a banch of other signs. Drive for 470m more and take the 2nd left, you'll see another sign of the hotel before the turn at your right hand, at the turn there is a sign that says Metohi and again there is a small sign of the hotel. You'll find us in 150m at your right hand side.
