"I want to give 10 stars! Our stay was wonderful, but what truly made it exceptional was the incredible reception team. Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making our stay as comfortable as possible. When my daughter’s luggage was delayed by the airline, the reception team went above and beyond to help us. They assisted us in contacting the airport, followed up on the situation, and made what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier. Their kindness, patience, and willingness to help meant so much to our family. It’s rare to find a team that shows such genuine care for their guests. We are incredibly grateful for everything they did and would gladly stay here again. Thank you for making a difficult situation so much easier and for providing such outstanding hospitality!"

"It was redicilous that the beach organisation is not related with the hotel and their service quality wa terrible. The hotel rules such as every 2 day beach towel service or cash water purchase was weird for me. The breakfast was great but breakfast are without fresh air was not good for me. Although the windows were retractable they only opened 1 window which created fights among the customers."
