"Really disappointed, we wouldn’t have booked this hotel had we known that kids can only use the indoor pool between 9-11am and that you get charged at the end of your stay by the day if you were able to use it!!! The hotel staff don’t really care or appreciate that your holiday isn’t what you hoped it would be - they just say they get complaints about it all the time!! Apart from that, it’s a nice hotel"

"Very loud Disco on Saturday evening in July inside hotel on Floor 1, just next to our Family room. So nobody could sleep that evening until when DJ stopped after midnight! We complained but no other triple room available to switch to. Complaint at check-out yielded in free parking (EUR 10) and free water bottle (EUR 2.20) - plus the 2 ladies at reception told me that I should normally pay extra for the 45 minutes of late check-out, but they will not charge!!! So, thanks for the EUR 12.20...

"Beach front with balconies and sea views even from the rooms on the side. Beautiful hotel. Very nice and modern room and bathroom. Parking is a bit of an issue. They have parking close by for smaller cars, but larger cars have to park a bit away in the city center. But overall very nice hotel close to many restaurants. "
