"Overall the accomodation was ok, nothing amazing but comfy enough, it does need some attention however. The major downside was the 'spa' facilities and the communication from the very rude staff members. The sauna and gym were closed due to Covid-19, this is understandable but there was no mention of this online, and I tried calling beforehand to ask but no one answered. Then the 'hot tub' was in fact freezing cold, and all the staff could say was "That's how it's always been, it's never been...

"The hotel is centrally located on the promenade, but does not have a designated parking lot. You can use a public parking garage , but on busy days it can be full. The hotel also doesn't have a washer for the guest’s use , but there is a nearby automatic laundromat that you can use. Our room was spacious and airy with 2 balconies. The breakfast was really good with cava and quality dishes. "

I can honestly say that it is the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in, and the high standards are maintained throughout the hotel. "We only stayed one night so this is based on that short stay. Location is prime for this hotel. It is only a block or so from the beach with restaurants and a long promenade. Our room had a balcony that overlooked the pool, canal and marina. Parking is readily available right outside the hotel door. The staff at the front desk spoke English so communication was easy. "
