"Excellent location. Stayed here twice now and paid the little extra for sea view and balcony and worth it!

Breakfast is rather unimaginative and unchanging but ample and decent quality.
Parking inRoses is a nightmare so if you have a hire car beware!!! You can park across the road but it will cost you dearly!

"The hotel is in a perfect location and it is worth paying a little extra for a room with a balcony overlooking the sea. Unfortunately the paintwork was in very poor state and the room needed a makeover as it looked tired. My king size bed was actually two singles pushed together so there was an uncomfortable ridge down the centre.
The bar and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful.
However, the breakfast and dinner on offer were both buffets. The first morning none of the supposedly hot food was in fact hot, not even warm, and the dinner buffet was the same. I only ate there one evening.
